1. About these terms

Loren Estates LLC ("Loren Estates," "we," "us") operates lorenestates.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Real estate information

Homes, films, and descriptions on the Site are presented for editorial and informational purposes only. Featured homes may be listed or represented by other brokerages. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, may change or become outdated without notice, and should be independently verified. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a solicitation, an appraisal, or legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Real estate services

Real estate services are provided by Alexander Loren, a licensed California real estate salesperson, DRE #02200607, Coldwell Banker Realty. Loren Estates is an independently owned brand and is not a brokerage. Contacting us, submitting an inquiry, or using the Site does not create an agency, fiduciary, or client relationship; any such relationship is created only by a signed written agreement. 4. Film and creative services

Any property film, photography, or production work is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these Terms.

5. Shop

Items marked "coming soon" are not available for purchase. When products are available, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel any order, including for errors in pricing, description, or availability, and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order. Products made from natural materials such as stone, wax, and wood vary in color, veining, and finish, and these variations are not defects. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply to all purchases. Use candles, matches, and incense with care and follow the included safety instructions; never leave a flame unattended.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Loren Estates name and logo, films, photographs, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Loren Estates and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Embedded third-party content, including Instagram posts, remains subject to its owners' terms.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loren Estates LLC, its members, and Alexander Loren will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product at issue, or $100 if no purchase was made.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loren Estates LLC, its members, and Alexander Loren from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
