Returns

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email alorenestates@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Final sale

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: candles that have been lit, matches, incense, gift cards, and any item marked final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Natural variations in stone, wax, and other materials are part of each piece and are not considered defects.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
