Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Limited editions and pre-orders may take longer, and any expected timing will be noted on the product page.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Matches can only be shipped by ground service, so orders containing matches may take longer to arrive.

Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged in transit

Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at alorenestates@gmail.com and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.
