Loren Estates is a Los Angeles real estate and design house devoted to architectural, modern, and luxury homes.
We began with a camera and a conviction: that a great house holds a point of view, and that it deserves to be presented the way an architecture publication would present it. Considered light. Unhurried movement. The details that make a space feel inevitable. Those films have since reached millions of viewers, and built a community of buyers, sellers, architects, and designers who care about the same things we do.
Today that same eye shapes everything we do, from how a home is represented to the objects we make for living with it.
What we do
Representation
We guide buyers and sellers through architectural and luxury property across Los Angeles, from Bel Air, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills to the Bird Streets, Trousdale, and the Palisades. Private showings, quiet conversations, and careful pricing, handled with discretion from first visit to close.
Film
We produce cinematic property films for exceptional homes, developers, and design-led brands, shot and edited in-house with the same sensibility that built our audience.
Objects
A small collection of travertine pieces made for the homes we love. Quiet, tactile, architectural, and made in limited numbers.
