Every film begins with the architecture: its proportion, its materials, the way light moves through a room. We follow it frame by frame, and edit until the home reads as clearly on screen as it does in person.

How are the films made?
Each film is shot and edited in-house, in native vertical, with a light, quiet presence that fits easily around a working day on site or an open house. It is the format the films are made to be watched in, from the first frame to the last.
Where does the film appear?
On Loren Estates across six platforms and here on lorenestates.com, with an invitation to collaborate on Instagram so the film can live on your profile as well. The architects, builders, developers, designers, and representing agent are credited by name.
How is a film priced?
Each film is quoted to the home: its size, its location, and how it will be shared. Tell us about the property and we will come back with a proposal. Every commission is confirmed in a short written agreement before filming.
Do you film outside Los Angeles?
Yes. Los Angeles is home, and we are glad to travel for commissions elsewhere. Any travel is simply included in the proposal.
How should the home be prepared?
Finished and styled, the way it will be shown. The films focus on the architecture and the spaces themselves, so we plan the visit around the home’s schedule.
Are views and engagement guaranteed?
Every film is made with the same care and shared with the same audience. Reach and engagement are shaped by each platform and its viewers, so results vary from film to film and are not guaranteed. What we commit to is the quality of the film and how it is presented, with timing and placement confirmed in each commission.
